Michael Jones is an experienced graphic designer and art director with a fifteen-year track record in the creation and development of successful design solutions in the areas of branding and identity design, print collateral, environmental design and illustration. His work covers a broad spectrum of non-profit, retail, fashion, civic, healthcare, publishing and corporate clients including Mills-Peninsula Health Services, Kaiser Permanente, Ford Motor Co., University of California, Louis Raphael/Kizan International, The Family Violence Prevention Fund, Carlos Santana and the San Jose Museum of Art.
A graduate of the Environmental Design program at the University of Californian, Davis (1995), Michael got his start working with San Francisco environmental design agencies Debra Nichols Design and Kate Keating Associates before starting his own multi-disciplinary design business in 1998.
For Michael, doing business in the San Francisco Bay Area has long been about collaboration and participation with the larger business community. His commitment to learning about the issues which face design professionals has brought a greater level of depth and awareness to his work.
Michael remains active in the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), as well as the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and the Golden Gate Business Association.
